Dear all past, present and future customers,

 

I hope this post finds you, your family and your friends well. We would like to keep you updated on our current postage situation working in line with Royal Mail.

We are currently being overwhelmed with messages regarding delivery.

We are regularly checking our delivery status on all outgoing post and noticing in the UK, it is taking on average, an extra 1 day extra to delivery items. This will be to do with the ongoing pandemic and numerous staff taking (sick) leave at sorting centres.

We have been directly informed by Royal Mail that 'Royal mail are currently still operating however at a reduced service.'

We understand this is a frustrating time as a customer and is frustrating as a business however we must appreciate that this is a trying time for the nation and the world as a whole.

If your order has not arrived 7 calendar days after dispatch. Please get in touch and we will attempt to track your delivery, if that fails we will send out a replacement.

Some countries are currently not allowing any postage from outside their nation into the country, so we will be unable to deliver to those countries.
